Excellent location for your imaging needs! Amazing staff. Great customer service! & they always have cookies & hot coffee in the waiting area.
The front desk is amazing and very helpful! They offer ultrasound, mri’s, ct and x-ray! All the technicians are extremely knowledgeable and so sweet! Best imaging company around!
Do not go here!!!! They will give you the incorrect total you will pay it and a year later you will get hit with $400 dollar in collections with no notice!!! It is the worst billing dept... I called and asked why this happened and I was told they made a mistake when they quoted me. The guy told me this was their mistake and they will not charge me.. Then today I get a call saying even though it has been a year and I was already told otherwise they are charging me for their mistake!!!!! That is the most unprofessional thing y... read more
Waited in the lobby for over an hour while lota of staff just chatted and had a great time before they ever got around to taking care of me.
The front desk receptionist is amazing! (Valeria Castillo) She’s such a people person and knows how to talk to patients She can welcome you and delegate what needs to be signed, turned in, etc in a polite but personable manner ... She also relays the ugly news (such as insurance not covering the cost due to deductible not being met) and she makes it seem “okay” and has options if not paid in full. She keeps her cool and keep the patient friendly and happy!
