Would you want your imaging done by a company that doesn't take the time to properly train their employees? Think about that.
Came in and had an MRI on my knee. GREAT experience from start to finish. Everyone is very helpful and the MRI tech, Soney, answered all of my questions and put me at ease...loved the heated blankets too!
Not a fan. It should be illegal to tell people your hours are 8:30am -4:30pm and not schedule xray technician coverage for that time period. I arrived with the paperwork for my 6 year old's xray at about noon, got her checked in. After a little while i asked how long the wait would be since there was no one else waiting, and the guy at the desk was like " i don't know, let me check"... came back that there was no one who could perform the scan until after 1pm, and we would have just been waiting with no information if i hadn... read more
The facility is new and clean. They recently moved to Southlake. When I walked in both of the front ladies were on the phone helping patients and there was no sign in sheet so I waited and watched and listened. HIPAA VIOLATIONS out the wazzooo! Saying names, dates if birth, procedures loudly. Phones are ringing off the hook, pretty blonde manager Erin standing talking to heavy short manager watching the patients wait and the phone ring and people waiting to check in.
