Ripped off still waiting for Touchstone to refund my cash! My experience, I arrived early as ask. At intake I was handed the normal clipboard to fill out my personal info,upon completing went to hand it back to the woman I was dealing with . Long story short, in the few min it took to fill out she had left for lunch. I waited 15 min then went back and retrieved the clipboard and handed it to another woman working intake. I laid there for 3 days after being sent there on flight for life just to be flown on to UCHealth in Aurora. I will NEVER set foot in this facility again due to their negligent treatment and rudeness towards myself and my wife.
Amazing staff and emergency room! Was treated immediately when I got there! Karli the muse and Dr Sullivan we’re excellent as well as all of the other staff! Would not go to any other ER! Thanks for being such a wonderful hospital!
They won't stop sending me a $617.10 bill for something my insurance covers 100%. I call every week and billing tells me they're correcting the coding and then when I call back nothing has been done. This has been going on for three months now. Don't trust this facility.

Bookkeeping is unorganized. Images are cloudy. Two different surgeons could not read them, and I had to pay for another MRI in OKC. When I tried to get a refund, they refused, even though the pictures were completely useless. Holly in the front office was empathetic and helpful, but the main people that own and run it are a bunch of crooks. So disappointing.
