I had a sleep study done at Lutheran. The gentleman that administered test was great. Very helpful and expert. Down hill from there. Today is the 8th of September and my doctor still has not received results. I called to find out status and was informed I would receive a call back within two business days. It's Friday, so I may possibly get a call back on Monday. Not a very good way to run a business in my opinion. In all fairness I don't know how truthful Health one is being with me. I was at LDS hospital for a overnight stay for an operation on my bladder. They had the robot my doctor needed to use. I was very happy with my doctor, my anesthesiologist and the people who checked me in and prepped me. After the operation I was taking to the 3rd floor recovery overnight room where I felt I was mostly ignored. They checked my vitals and brought me some medicine my doctor prescribed . Completely unsupportive of kids with autism in the ER. They have all the glancing superficial veneer like fidgets but when it comes down to it they don’t support the child or parent in the ER. Disrespectful doctor and unnecessarily traumatic experience. I hope to never need to return.

As a former ER nurse I was pretty dismayed by the care given here. I am not ignorant to medications, contraindications, co morbidities, medical history etc. Dr insisted on prescribing a medication which was contraindicated to other medications I am taking. I never even picked them up from the pharmacy. He absolutely had zero listening skills, refused to look at history, refused to consider anything I reported. Avoid this place! Go anywhere but here. The most rude receptionist ever and clearly do not care about the patient or what they are going through. Seriously go anywhere but here.

I called the hospital's general number and the operator uwas nable to answer my questions so she transferred me to the security desk where there was no answer. I try to call the operator back and now she doesn't even say anything and puts me on hold. I hang up and all back and now she's not picking up the line. Very unprofessional and definitely should not be in a position to help customers.

Poor office management and dishonest billing: I have a few reasons for my one star review. First, I get a call the day before my appointment on Dec. 27 that their systems are down so they would need to reschedule my appointment and would call me to do so. Fine, not a huge deal. A week goes by, no call. I call and leave several messages and finally hear back that their systems are still down. but they have my message and will call when they are back up. This office is run by Nana who is absolutely rude and belligerent. Would not recommend going there till NANA is there .
