The Castle Rock, CO Touchstone facility is beautiful and staffed with very friendly folks. The MRI technician was so very nice and kept me updated throughout the scan. Plus the imaging equipment was newer and more open than other places. We’ll definitely drive down to CR again to use this facility!
The MRI I had done at Touchstone was a solid 5-star experience. Great staff, easy process. Mildly frustrated that results were promised the next day, but actually took 3 days, but not a huge deal. Then why, you might ask, did I only give 3 stars? BILLING!!! They estimated my co-pay 3x higher than it should have been. $544! I'm not sure who was doing the math, but just wow. Donna provided exceptional customer service, efficiently scheduling my appointment while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor and promptly addressing all my questions.
