I arrived very early for my appointment and they took me back within 5 min of arrival. Really lovely lady handled my whole visit and couldn’t have been better! The make this yearly visit as quick and easy as possible.
I have to say, such an Amazing experience from from start to finish. This was my first one so yes I was extremely nervous and anxious but after meeting Monica… they changed everything. Super kind, professional, sympathetic and supportive, knowledgeable, I appreciate her, she made my experience truly worth it. I recommend asking for her and it was definitely everything she said. Monica is a jewel and I am grateful to have meet her. Give Touchstone a try.

Great service from the set up of the initial appointment, phone communication/text, at the front desk and the technician, extremely professional.
I went to this location for an updated MRI, as I’ve had several previously of the same issue with my right shoulder. The person reading the images incorrectly stated that I did not have any tears, which all other images clearly show, and I’ve never had any surgeries. My doctor reached out the person Radiologist, and he told my doctor that he can’t really change too much, as he can’t see the issue! The same issue that other Radiologists clearly see!
