I went this Friday to have my Mammogram done, last year I was to happy but nothing bad enough to keep me away. This year was so bad I will not be back. I had an ultrasound at Touchstone Imaging. My insurance paid them and the insurance company said I do not owe any money to them, however, Touchstone is trying to make me pay the remaining balance and have sent it to collection. I have spoken with the collection company and sent them the EOB, they spoke with Touchstone, and still Touchstone says I owe the balance. I have reported them to the insurance company and to the BBB.
