I'd like to provide feedback regarding patient scheduling. For my son's 1:00 PM X-ray appointment, we arrived at 12:50 PM. Despite having completed all necessary information online prior to our arrival, we were not called in for service until 1:20 PM, resulting in a 30-minute delay. Improved efficiency in scheduling would greatly enhance the patient experience.
Had an appointment this morning, day before appointment lady called me @2:00, asking me to come in at 3:00 or 4:00 they had evening appointments available ,I told her no I will keep my early appointment on tomorrow’s I has clients in Allen and I was visiting them also, she said my insurance applied the visit to my deductible . I said ok I need to make a payment plan for that she said no problem you can pay 50.00 down and the remaining balance later before 3 months, I get to the clinic today I am checking in nice young man he... read more
