I had purchased a lift in 2019. It worked great then and it still works great now. I am now looking at buying a new lift for a larger tv. The staff has been friendly and helpful!!

WOW!!!! What a simply amazing product and company! We had an issue with some measurements that were off and to keep it simple, Whitney, in Customer Care , and the entire company couldn't do enough to help! She went out of her way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Let me tell you. ..There are a lot of fireplaces out there, but they're made really flimsily, and with junk materials, these touchstone fireplaces are exceptionally well crafted and SOLID. I had an outdoor kitchen/bar put in my backyard. The installers used a Touchstone TV lift for the bar area. The lift has been great, and working flawless for almost 4 years now. The lift has been really easy to use and it’s pretty quiet. The most impressive part of my experience with this company is customer support. I had an instance where I the main controller died. Installed ours in a 40 foot class A RV the lift so we can still use our window and it stores great for travel and the fireplace because we wanted something easy on power and knock off the chill of a south Florida chilly winter. Yes it was 61 degrees.
