These guys bulldozed a massive natural area and then just let it sit for years. It used to be a very unique ecosystem up atop the bluff with hiking trails and locally rare plants. Now it'a full of invasive broom and blackberries and looks horrible and abandoned. Terrible that developers feel the need to completely anihilite the native ecosystem instead of retaining at least some patches of it. And further more to then abandon it? Pretty odd.
