I had the unfortunate experience of hiring Touchstone Custom Homes to finish our basement. After more than 2 ½ years, the project is still not done. The builder, Clint Woodson is completely unorganized, seems to hire the cheapest vendors, and is constantly having to redo every aspect of the project due to poor planning. The entire process was a nightmare. I had to take over the project as the supervisor because there was almost no oversight and complete lack of communication between vendors, subs, and the builder.
