I purchased their Sewage pump level switch Z24803PTZ from an authorized distributor 1.5 years ago. Most expensive switch in the consumer market but I wanted reliability. Product supposedly carries a 5 year warranty which they are now refusing to stand behind. They are citing a ridiculous technical argument about too much electrical draw which according to both an Electrical engineer and a licensed electrician does not pass the smell test(no pun intended).
