If I could give zero stars I would. I highly don't recommend. Patient observation at Ascension in Waco Texas. Kimberly Ridge's management style was unprofessional. She created a toxic environment by sharing employees' personal lives and mocking private health information. She also shared other employees' personal write-ups. Her behavior and disregard for privacy are not recommended. She's very evil,unprofessional,rude and manipulative person.
I worked for Touchpoint Services in Waco, Tx at Ascension Providence. The supervisor Kimberly Ridge & The Whole Staffing including Lillybelle is unprofessional, messy, not supportive, i can go on and on. I DONT recommend anybody to work at this job. They don’t care about your well-being or what you have going on. I made it a year bearly
