3 touchless bays, but only 1 was open. After waiting 10 minutes for my turn, the card reader kept jamming when I tried to make payment and then the receipt wouldn't print. I told the attendant there was a problem (2 cars ahead of me ended up making cash payments), and I was advised the owner will be out later to fix it. I finally get thru the wash, only to have the drier do a mediocre job - vents were barely pushing air enough to move the water drops around my car surface. How do I put this? Absolute bloody worst wash and dry on my car today. $15 - not one speck of glass was remotely clean and the car was dripping wet and running rivulets through left over dust when the so called dryer was done. Complete waste of money.

I went thru there on Sunday, 03/02/25 because I heard how good it was. I spent 17.00 using the ultimate wash. I spent maybe 3 minutes in there. Didn’t get all the soap rinsed off, dryer didn’t come on and after my truck was air dried later in the day it showed all kinds of soap streaks on my truck. Never again. I thought the other two car washes in olean & allegany were bad enough but state st one was the worse

Went through car wash. Guy working knew it was broke and said to wait until under carrage washers start. Under carriage spray started as soon as I went to drive it shut off. It then skipped 3 of the washes,wax,rinse and ended. Went to ask for another wash and the worker got mad knew it wasn't working correctly said he coudlt do the undercarriage we were asking for but would put us through again after we asked again and instead of giving the premium I paid for gave the basic so again didn't get my full was. $16.20 wasted. They have a credit card reader for the $4 manual wash. They also take dollar bills. Perfect for value conscious customers like me who also don’t use cash. All other car washes, like the one on N Union, should adopt this! Automatic prices are $11-17.
