Not sure if the water pressure is weak? Or what did I miss? I paid $17 for the "ultimate" wash and this is what I am left with. The rest of the vehicle isn't nearly as bad, but still some spots.

I had an issue with the “gentle touch” wash and I called the number on the checkout machine. To my surprise, a real human (not robot operator) picked up the phone after entering the extension. The gentleman was able to get me fixed up and activated the true touch-less wash bay for me! Great customer service.

Went here a few months ago and it would not accept my card. So I gave it $20 cash. It then would not acknowledge my cash or return it to me. I called the number and left a voice mail. I was happy that I got a call back saying she would issue my refund and it would come in the mail. It’s been 3 months and I still have not received that. Today I went and bought the most expensive wash and it left my vehicle still covered in soap. You can not tell that I even went to a car wash today.
