The was was expensive, and not clean.
Steer clear of this location's bait-and-switch on the "loyalty program". Never had this issue at other locations, so go any other location and you'll be treated fairly. Supposedly offers 1 free wash every 4 washes, except I show up with receipts last year and got denied, ostensibly because the actual ticket is required. Showed up today with my tickets accumulated since then, and now I'm told to bring the receipts instead. 8 washes and no loyalty rewards. I drove my car through this toughness car wash, and my car cane out just as dirty. I asked the manager for a refund, to which he refused to give. Said he'd give me another car wash, but that it still wouldn't clean my car, that I can hand wash it. He also told me I could call head office. What terrible customer service!
