Used the self service bay. Not enough soap in the sprayer. Water pressure was okay. Had a lot of options on the menu.
Worker was rude to a man because he got mud outside the front of the bay while watching mud off hes truck. Like sir its a car wash. Theres going to be mud. Like why are you so upset about it. The guy didnt get the mud on anyone's car or on anyone. Anyways cant deal with rude workers so I'll check out another one. Also most of the time the debit card readers dont register the cards. So probably have cash on hand. Update the card machines or put out of order on it. And yes I tried multiple cards and also tried different bays.
I was just using my own brush because those brushes they have well scratch your paint and this guy came up to me saying I couldn’t use my own stuff I would have to use there stuff or leave which doesn’t make any sense I was paying for there water & soap options I just left not gonna scratch my truck just definitely never going there again it cheap just to do it ur self at home
Definitely won't be back. I was trying to wash the work truck because I got attacked by birds,the guy was really rude cause of my headache rack and then didn't want to refund me after they charged my card.
