When I needed to arrange for nighttime aides for my husband, Kerry from Touching Hearts visited me at home and set up a schedule for aides beginning that very night. The aides have been life savers for me, and I tell them that often. They have been kind, professional, patient, everything one would want in a caregiver, and I'd recommend Touching Hearts to anyone.
I fell recently and was unable to take care of myself safely. One of my children contacted Touching Hearts to provide me with the necessary extra help I needed while recouping at home. I really appreciated that help! The caregivers as well as the folks in the office were terrific . . . kind, compassionate, patient, and responsive to my needs. I would definitely recommend Touching Hearts to anyone looking for home health care.
We have been very pleased and impressed with the Touching Hearts team and would highly recommend them. Justin and Kerry are a pleasure to work with! We really enjoy the family portal which gives us daily updates from caretakers. Their staff goes above and beyond and they care for your family members as if they were their own family. I can't say enough good things about Touching Hearts!!
