We have been very pleased and impressed with the Touching Hearts team and would highly recommend them. Justin and Kerry are a pleasure to work with! We really enjoy the family portal which gives us daily updates from caretakers. Their staff goes above and beyond and they care for your family members as if they were their own family. I can't say enough good things about Touching Hearts!!
What an AMAZING agency! I've had family members who have needed care due to complications from a stroke, dementia and simple aging. The team at Touching Hearts at Home have been prompt, friendly and accommodating! If you want immediate efficiency and top notch care, they're your go to people! You can tell this company was opened with good intent but they hired an awful manager who manipulats and plays games with people livelihood. She talks badly about the clients and owner. If the owner was smart he’d stop trying to go away all the time and realize he needs to be present in his business more.
