I have been working for this company since August of 2024 and I can honestly say that I am very pleased in my position. They care deeply about the comfortability of their employees as much as the clients. From the orientation to my first day up until now, I have felt supported by everyone at this agency. This is a caregiving service and the caregivers come to my house. I really need them since i cant drive anymore. The caregivers are all nice and will take me where i want to go. Leah, Brie,Tasha Jasmine and Ashley are all pretty easy to get along with and they should certainly get a increase in pay. I would have much harder time trying to get groceries and all the other errands without their help. For anybody who is reading this and needs a caregiver i recommend touching hearts at home. My only regret is not calling Touching Hearts sooner, but my father failed so quickly. Thankfully, TH was there when I needed, pivoted on times to cover and needs to be met, without a hitch. Bobi is absolutely fantastic and was such an angel during my father's very quick decline and passing. If you need someone to help your loved one while at home or even in a care facility, give Touching Hearts a call!!!
