DISAPPOINTED!!!! I contracted with Touching Hearts for 17 days and 24/7 care. I'm not going to into all the issues, but one is that I have severe social anxiety. In those 17 days, I had at least 12 different caregivers. The caregiver that I had each time didn't know who was coming next, what time they were coming(they all seemed to be running late), so basically I was opening my door to complete strangers, not even knowing if they were actually with Touching Hearts. Touching Hearts has provided great care to my mom for many years. Thank you! My mom anticipates with much happiness Marcia's visits. As one of my mom's kids I can hear joy in her voice when talking about Marcia's visits. I want to also say thank you to Lisa for her direct, but calm, interaction with me a few months ago after my mom's experience with a scammer on the phone. I have been working for this company since August of 2024 and I can honestly say that I am very pleased in my position. They care deeply about the comfortability of their employees as much as the clients. From the orientation to my first day up until now, I have felt supported by everyone at this agency.
