In the month with them, one caregiver walked away in the middle of his time and the one we thought she was reliable, left one day bc we didn’t open the door and then refused to come back. They are not reliable and they will give you all the bullshit excuses. So now they pulled the one that we had for 5 days with the excuse that she left and the 2 days is in Spring Break. What a joke! We are done. Looking for someone else right now
Touching Hearts St. Cloud had been a God-send for us and our 93 year old mom. They have provided service and care above our expectations. Mom kept saying no to help and then Sylwia came to our door. She quickly made a great relationship with mom. She is kind and very patient. In no time at all, she has earned our trust and become a member of our family.
