We absolutely love it here. The vibe is calm, relaxing and welcoming. Ms. Erica took care of my daughter's hair in an impossible situation - she is knowledgeable and provide hair education for hair continuity of hair. My daughter's hair was natted and I felt helpless. Ms. Erica was able to detangle some of it and give her a nice, much needed haircut. Thank you for your patience, validation, and meeting us where we were in my daughter's hair care process. My daughter had an appointment today, for 12 noon. We called and said we were running 15 min late (they said it was no problem) but we arrived 12 minutes late. My daughter signed in, no one said a word to her or greeted her at all. I picked her up at 1pm with her hair NOT done. Very disappointing.

The most traumatizing experience I have ever had at a salon, do NOT come here if you value the integrity of your hair. I came in for a silk press and cut. I am someone who straightens their hair maximum three or four times a year by professionals that do not cause heat damage. My usual Tricuit stylist was unavailable, but I was pressed for time and chose first available, expecting the same quality of service I’ve had in the past. Huge mistake. The salon had a great vibe, and the customer service was excellent. The stylist was attentive and professional. Unfortunately, I didn’t love how my hair turned out, but I still appreciated the overall experience.
