Set an appointment to get my hair done showed up on time and she asked could I come back once she finished another clients head and that she would call me when she was ready for me and never called back I texted her and called and no response.

I went to her to get dreadlocks put in my hair. I thought she was going to braid or crochet them in. She dreaded my hair to the locks cut my dreads in half and left inches in between my dreadlock and my scalp, only put a quarter of the hair that I had in. I had two dreads fall out. Then when I wrote her and messaged her she don't message me back. She refuses to respond at all and I was hoping she could help me fix this. My appointment was not professional. She booked me. She never showed up. She did not call me. She did not pick up. I missed time at work for nothing. She kept sending me to voicemail. This was my first appointment and last. This is not professional. The sign says open but no one was there. I even tried to be courteous and wait around. She was an epic no show. She could have at least called and said she was not coming so I could have made other plans.

Best barber 💈 in town Ian Hall if you ask me been chopping me since he was in barber school.. Definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for a fresh fade or whatever is needed.. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
