I was a bit apprehensive as I had never had a message before. Berlinda was wonderful!. I went because I was healing from three surgeries, my whole body was in pain and I was very tense and anxious. My Physical Therapist recommended her. She was very thorough and concerned about my feelings. She took her time and explained everything she was doing. I cannot describe the difference it made. I love going to see Berlinda! She's very thorough and takes her time. She offers several different treatment options that i have never heard of. Also, she's a one stop shop! Everytime I go she suggests many essential oils, supplements, stretches i can do at home to maintain. Love her!
