Tim Jewell is the best Barber on the planet! It is surely an experience....I appreciate his ability to give women haircuts that allow them to feel the the very value of their own Jewell!!! If you haven't made an appointment with him or he is not ya Barber and you are in NJ your hair has never truly been cut!!!
