Touchdown is choosing to not come back and provide repairs to improperly installed floor tile. They clearly had a subcontractor that did not see it important to 'back butter' the floor tile for 3 of our projects. Within 2 years of install, our clients are calling us reporting floors that are 'popping' (the floor tiles are coming loose) After presenting this to Touchdown, they are now choosing to not answer our calls. Had Touchdown complete a room for us by removing old tile, installing new tile, put in tongue and groove wood for walls. We put in a hot tub. Room looks great. Touchdown was easy to work with, had friendly and talented workers, and completed the job on time and on budget. I will use them for a kitchen next.
We love our new kitchen!! The Touchdown staff was awesome to work with. Chloe, their designer, guided us to the right size and color of the backsplash that would go best with the countertops and Kyle and his workmen did a fabulous job of taking out the old kitchen and putting in the new. They worked hard and steady and we enjoyed getting to know Matt, Julio and Sylvia. We highly recommend the gang at Touchdown and we will be calling them when we are ready to update our bathroom!!

Working with Touchdown Tile was wonderful. Matt spent a lot of time with me to get a kitchen renovation project fully envisioned, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Joe was an excellent site manager, always responsive and keeping everyone (including me ;-) ) on task. All involved were wonderful craftsmen. The quality of the work was exceptional, and everyone was very pleasant and professional. Nick's cabinets are beautiful. Touchdown Tile is truly outstanding. Thank you all!
