The best auto shop in town! Luigi is very knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way after my car accident, including dealing with insurance company and the dealership. The Touch Up Spot gave me a rental to use while my insurance didn’t cover it and complimentary detailing! 10/10 service and highly recommended.

The Touch Up Spot was Fantastic! My Ioniq 5 got nailed pretty good along the passengers side doors and now you can't even tell it happened! It was a great experience from start to finish. This business does not appear to clear its sidewalks after snowfall. Property owners in Brantford are required by bylaw to clear sidewalks within 24 hours of snowfall. This is a basic safety obligation that affects everyone in the neighborhood, not just customers. I've reported this to the city, but I'm also leaving this review so others know what to expect when walking past this location in winter.
