My welfare support people have attejmpted to contact TOUCH UP GUYS head office twice CHRIS has been extremley "rude" & hung up the phone on us. Our family had a s/h car donated to our family from a dealer & I am on life support equipment & we were attempting to simply ask if we could get "some" help with repairing damages to wheels on a vehicle of 2013 model. I believe Touch Up Guys operates as a franchise model so individual operators might be more responsible for my experience - but it’s a brand experience nonetheless. I have rung no less than on 5 separate occasions to try get a job done and never has anyone ever answered the phone when I called first time. Was very pleased with Bryan’s work. He fixed all the scratches and gave it a brand new look. Very happy with how everything turned out. (photos are of the before obviously)
Bryan was absolutely legend and did a great job!!!! Back to brand new!!!!
