The service was amazing, and the staff was super friendly.
This was my go to until recently. I had to cancel an appointment within their cancellation policy window but I was informed I wouldn’t be charged due to the nature of the reason of my cancellation; I was in labor with my first child. Yet as you probably can tell by my 2 stars they did end up charging me and when requesting a refund for the charge they would not budge and basically said to bad so sad that a policy is a policy. The masseuse was very professional and friendly. there's no sales pitch anywhere. From the moment you enter to the moment you leave this place, tries to create a Haven for self healing. It's also incredibly clean and comfortable..
Amazing experience at Touch to Heal Spa! The space is clean, calming, and welcoming. SamT was incredible, very attentive, skilled, and made sure to focus on exactly what I needed. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. They also offer a new Warm Bamboo Massage that I’m excited to try next time. Highly recommend booking with SamT, I’ll definitely be back!
