Living in a property managed by Touch Residential was a highly disappointing experience. The property had significant mould issues that were never adequately addressed, despite us providing clear documentation and evidence that the mould was not caused by us. Instead of advocating for tenant wellbeing, Touch Residential consistently sided with the owners and dismissed our concerns.
