Very disappointing, Poor customer service. I went there and requested the receptionist to check with my insurance provider for direct billing but she refused and told me to take the service first and in the meantime she will check. After I came back from massage room she informed me their system not working showing error and gave me the credit card machine to pay and gave me the bill copy to claim myself. I absolutely love this place, been going to get massages here for a very long time. I’ve never called in last minute to cancel an appointment because I understand their 24 hour cancellation policy; however, I came down with a really bad fever and cold last night and they were already closed when I realized I wouldn’t be able to make my appointment for the next day. I had an hot stone massage from Terri Lynn. She is just awesome. Her hand movements were magical. I would definitely recommend her and would ensure to revisit her again for massage. I felt very relaxed and all my muscles pain was gone. She was kind enough to advise few simple exercises that can relieve day today pain and make you feel awesome.
