My wife has had problems almost every time she has taken items to this cleaner. Today, July 6, we stopped to pick up an item that was dropped off on June 28 and promised for July 5th. They never told us they were going to be closed on the 5th. Thank You. Anyway, she went in to pick up the item and it wasn't ready... This has happened before when they could not find our clothes. We are done.

My clothes were folded and put on hangers, apparently hours after sitting in a dryer so that even permanent press was completely wrinkled and the collars all folded over, just a mess.
