Surprise! Fully online digital, no cash. You enter a side door, use a kiosk, attendant takes your clothes, you get email & pay online PRIOR to pick up. Any problems? Fa'getabout it! You already paid. But the cleaning job done on a Car Cover was excellent.
These people used to be great, but now they have automated their system, making me do all of the work, and they are charging more. $9 To dry clean one shirt?! No freaking way. I will be finding another dry cleaner.
They were an absolute nightmare to work with. Didn’t listen, and overcharged.
I don’t normally leave negative comments but sadly I most warn others. Dropped my King comforter off to be cleaned and it came back good so I dropped another off. They said it would be ready on the following Friday after 5. Not ready until Wednesday. No big deal in my opinion until I brought it home to put on my bed when I saw a large oil/grease stains on it. Have been using for about a year for dry cleaning and never had an issue. My items come back nicely pressed and clean. Very affordable price for dry cleaning large comforters too.
