Lost my clothes and won’t call back. Been trying for 2 months to find my clothes and never get anything other than they are “in bagging”. Guess I’ll never see those again or get any resolution. I’ll drive to Tampa before I give them any more business. Wish there was a Zero star option
This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a business. This dry cleaner not only misplaced an entire bag containing two brand new suits, but has completely ignored every attempt I’ve made to resolve the issue. I have called multiple locations, left voicemails, and even reached out to their main plant in Brooksville, yet after three weeks, I have not received a single call back. Not one. Dropped off 4 suits to be dry cleaned for my wife. Suits were there for a week and a half and once finally finished they only had 2 of her suits. When you call it goes to voicemail which is normally full and cannot leave a message. We called everyday for 2 weeks straight and no response. After several attempts to contact we called the Crystal River location and they said their system doesn’t show us having 2 more suits. Very poor customer service and would not recommend anyone to use this location.
Do NOT use this cleaner!!!! The owner - Jessica - has owed me a large refund for 11 months and plays the game by having her staff ask me for my address. I have called them over 20 times and she refuses to return my call or issue a refund. She is a sheister and is not to be trusted. At this point my attorney is filing suit. And she wonders why some of her locations have closed. She's not just a bad owner/manager, she's a crook!!!!
I will never use this facility again. No communication on how long it might take for clothes to be done. Had to call the sister facility just to get in touch with anybody. And when I called the sister facility, they said there was no record of my clothes and they had to call the warehouse
