Josh was awesome I had limited mobility in my shoulder with pain. And within minutes I knew he was going to get me relief. 1.5 hours later I had full mobility and pain was receding. I have had a ring dinger and had gotten 5 massages in 3 months with no relief. Highly recommend if you want results.

I am in so much agonizing pain FROM my massage. Feel like I was beat up. Multiple spots on my back can’t be touched after the massage without me wincing in pain. Asked for concentration on upper back and hips. When she began the pressure was intense. I told her to ease up a number of times. I said out loud “ouch, that hurts”.
