Came in to get my daughter a blow out who has 4b thick and long hair. The owner came over and touched my daughter’s hair and seemed in disgust from her texture. She asked how old my daughter was and I told her 8, and she said “has to be 9” and waived us out as she turned her back to us. Very rude and unprofessional. My daughter has had many of Dominican blow outs. We usually go to our favorite salon Aida’s, but she’s closed on Mondays. I don’t recommend Touch of NOLA and if possible, I would give 0 stars.
They do an amazing job! I have a lot of hair and it’s really curly. Always handles my hair with care. Doesn’t use excessive heat like some other salons. Also violeta did a color correction and added highlights. She kept the integrity of my hair! Amazing skill and knowledge
