I had an excellent session with her. She focused on my lower back and also identified surrounding areas that were contributing to the tension — spots I didn’t even realize were tight. I left feeling significantly looser, more mobile, and overall much better. Highly recommend her if you’re dealing with back tightness or muscle tension.
