Lulu seemed understanding and considerate. She offered me a decor package for my daughter's party, so of course I said okay! I thought it was a one stop shop. I had to reach out about the deposit in which turned into a nasty agreement. Lulu decided to rent decor from different vendors, and was charged a cleaning fee for the items on HER agreement. It was an incredibly unpleasant experience at Touch of Jaz/Bella’s Event Rentals. The owner's lack of professionalism was evident throughout the entire event. To begin with, they failed to disclose that the AC was leaking, resulting in fluid falling onto the food, cupcakes, and birthday cake, causing a complete mess and ruining the treats. The owner for this venue is very unprofessional. I was physically assaulted in her venue she refused to show footage and took more than 72 hours to send my security deposit back. Then claim I damage the wall when her ac was leaking. I was the one reaching out to her she only respond because I state will take legal action.

Recently rented the hall for my baby shower and everything EXCEEDED my expectations! Lulu the owner was extremely helpful in facilitating my event and made sure that all of my questions/concerns were answered respectfully and in a timely manner. She set me up with a DJ, throne chair, and even catered the food which had all my guests WANTING more!!! I couldn’t have been happier with the way things turned out. An amazing person to work with and an amazing space to host events.
