Our first visit here. We walked in on Monday at 4:50pm for dinner- found our way to the hostess stand on the other side of the carry out. We were told it would be 15-20mins- ended up being 30. Heard the server telling a patron they were short staffed. Seated next to pizza oven. Took a bit to get our water and order. We will be patient. I was craving Italian and this place exceeded all expectations🥰 Tuesday bar staff were chatty and hospitable which if of course my favorite! Trust me, ya gotta go!!
We made reservations for February 14th. The woman was very helpful when making the reservation earlier in the week. Then Friday the 13th rolls around and we get a cancellation text. Called on Feb 14th to confirm they did have our reservation and said it was for the 13th. Then the girl on the phone hung up on me. I have always enjoyed this restaurant but no more! Customer service was horrible!
