Everyone was so pleasant and made me feel comfortable
I wanted to share my thoughts on Dr. Martin's recent review. It seems the response from the Owner did not adequately address the accountability of the front office staff. I personally experienced an issue with the front desk, but I was fortunate enough to discuss my concerns directly with Dr. Robinson. Excellent practice!!!
I am sure Dr. Robinson is great, as I have heard great things about her professionally. However, the front desk receptionist is not. I called today to make a new patient appointment and before I could even finish my question "We are not accepting new patients at this time. Your insurance company doesn't know if we are accepting new patients or not, but we are not".
