Never coming back to this place again! I had a 3:00 appointment to get a simple silk press. She didn’t even put me in the chair until 4:05.. After she finished straightening my hair, I wanted to get my ends cut. I asked her repeatedly how much she was going to cut off bc I do not like my hair short, she Reassured me that it would not be that much.
