I have been using this company for years since I am French living in the US. Their products are awesome and completely authentic. It helps me so much when I miss my country!
After ordering my products And not receiving my products in six business days I inquired... the answer I was given was that the warehouse moved and my order will be filled asap. An other six business days later I received an email stating that my order will not be shipped as it was discontinued. And should we send you a different item or refund your money? Really?!? Now what??? Totally unprofessional And I am not impressed with you customer care! Disgusted !!!
