This is my second time receiving flowers from this place and both times I received dying and extremely bruised flowers. That creates an extremely awkward moment between me and the person who sent them because on one hand I'd like them to know so they can get their money back and not use this place anymore but on the other hand I never want to come across ungrateful but its just not right that I didn't get what they paid for either time not to mention the actual flower content is sparse already, they use a lot of greenery fil... read more
This is the worst florist i have ever dealt with. They didn't deliver as promised, they were 4hrs late,the flowers were old and dying, I called my credit card and canceled the order. I could not reach the shop, no one would answer.after calling my credit card and disputing this purchase someone left the flowers at my front door four hours late,and this was not what I ordered! I would advise people NEVER deal with these people.
Make sure not to rely on same day guarantee and delivery dates...
what a disappointing experience. Placed an order at 10:30 this morning called multiple times only to be answered by overseas outsourced labor. There is no way to get in contact with the direct company and they did not deliver the flowers that I ordered today. They will not contact me and I have requested three times now information. Please save your money and go somewhere else.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered through 1-800-flowers and this is the company they contracted to deliver the flowers. Not only were they TWO days late, they look absolutely nothing like the photo of what I ordered on the website (photos attached). It’s almost comical.
