I called in an order for a funeral arrangement and gave the owner the budget of $150. A couple of days after the funeral I noticed a charge in my checking account for $1,500. I called the shop and the receptionist (not the owner) was able to see the charge on her end. I told her I have been trying to reach someone by phone and had also sent an email. If I had to sum my experience it would be Horrible. Try to call and all you get is a stupid answering service. Needed to have the delivery address updated and that didn’t happen and they say they were delivered but nothing can find my flowers anywhere. This was the first and last time using them.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the arrangement I received for my birthday. First, it was delivered to the wrong address across the street where it sat on the receptionist's desk until a friend noticed it late afternoon. She picked took it and delivered it to our receptionist's desk. By the time I received it, the container was dirty, only half-full of water, most of the ferns were dried up, and several flowers like the minicarnations and statice were dead.
