I’m very happy with our first experience with Naomi and Touch of Elegance. Naomi and her partner were thorough and thoughtful about cleaning every inch of my house. My husband yelled upstairs stairs “they even cleaned the inside of the microwave!” and we continue to find little areas that easily could have been overlooked that weren’t!
Naomi and her team came out for the first time today and I cannot say enough how pleased I am! They are incredibly detail oriented, so thorough, great communication, very thoughtful in their approach, and so professional. Highly recommend giving them a try! Awesome service! Naomi did an amazing job in our house. The best cleaning service we've had. Naomi is thorough in her cleaning, communicates well, and even left chocolates for us on the counter when she was done. What a beautiful gift to come home to. If you're working mom and you're tired of spending your only day off cleaning your house, then you should book Touch of Elegance.
Went based off reviews and recommendations but no one showed up for the scheduled cleaning. Super frustrating, as I planned my entire day around this. Will be looking for a different company.
