Very disappointing experience and unprofessional. You can go to salons that will treat you much better and stay consistent with price.
So my mom went to this salon in keswick so she can have a consultation before booking. The First Lady quoted her $200 and Second Lady said it would be approximately around $250 max. My mom went in 2 weeks ago and her white roots were grown and she was happy with paying $250 max. She later went home and booked and put a deposit for $95. And she had her appointment today and when she went in another lady quoted her $300- higher. So my mom was confused because she was quoted a different price. I have been coming here for years and am now transitioning to blended grey hair (as I age!!). Elise, Maria and the team have been so supportive and creative in their suggestions and excel in their knowledge and talent! Lovely and comfortable salon too!
Just got home from my appointment, very happy with the service. I’d say this is probably the best haircut experience I’ve ever had. I asked for layers + a retouch on my fade and Julie provided great service to get me there. Very satisfied with everything!
