n store they were great. Installation another story. My wife and I bought laminate for all of our down stairs and a new rug for the bedroom. we spent a lot. The sales people were great helpful etc. they guy that came out to measure knew his stuff and his customer service rocked. The install team was nice but cut corners where possible and had to come back a few times. While installing they asked me to take the wash room door off and cut the bottom off by a 1/4 inch.
