Super helpful and knowledgeable.
The work they do is good when you can get a hold of them. Randy is responsible and communicates well but Barry? OMG, I've called him like 30 times and he never ever, ever gets back to me. We've used them for multiple jobs and Barry is the worst at returning phone calls.
Outstanding business. Helpful & knowledgeable. Easy to work with. Painted our exterior door & took care & attention to detail. Will utilize them in the future & highly recommend them.
I left two voicemail messages over several days period of time requesting an estimate to paint the exterior of my house. I never received a call back. I guess they are too busy to return a potential customer's call. It might be a blessing in disguise because if you're unwilling to return a potential customer's call that might generate business for you, then I would be hesitant to trust they would do a good job.
TOC has done our painting for a number of years. Great service, great prices and better quality.Thanks!
