My wife brought in my favorite coat to be dry cleaned. She picked it up and put it in the closet. A couple of months later we were going out to dinner and I unwrapped the coat to put it on. It was not my coat but a woman's coat! I contacted the owners and they told me it was "not their fault ". Whose fault could it be if not theirs? They would not replace it and acted like I was trying to cheat them! Am considering legal action. Run not walk from this place. This business is now called Triangle Cleaners with new owners.
