I was looking for someone to wash, condition and shape because I wear my hair natural. I scheduled my appointment with Tamara (my first time) for today (Saturday) at 10:30, arrived on time in the pouring rain and was told could I come back at 1:00 because she was doing two and one contacted for a funeral and that it would be a minute. I went into the salon she washed my hair and I sat under the dryer for an hour and a half even after my hair was completely dry. Once I was in the chair my hair was further blow dried adding more heat. I was getting a silk press so while my stylist was flat ironing my hair she was"clipping my ends" with no measurements of how much to clip. The heat of the flat irons burned my scalp and once my silk press worn out and time for a new style. I noticed how extremely SHORT my hair was.
