RUDE!!!!RUDE!!!!RUDE!!!! Sharen I got a car wash for &11.95 which included a wash & vacuum after the car came through I checked the vacuum job the attendant did and asked if he could please do it again as it was still dirty. He rudely said I got $11.95 worth. Horrible!!!! Absolutely horrible!!! This car wash has 2 locations in Port Charlotte and when I visited this location on 1/28/2013 I was told by the manager/owner that it was going to take too long to vaccum my car out and that I needed to go somewhere else?? I was dumb founded as their higher priced carwash package included the vaccuming. I will never visit either location again. Terrible customer service. The only reason why I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't select zero stars.

STAYAWAY HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS?? DON'T GO HERE!! DECEITFUL PRACTICES WITH PRICING AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS!!! Not only did they charge a hatchback at an SUV price, but they were nasty about it. Rather than apologize for THEIR associate giving the wrong price, they ridiculed and threatened to call the police!
