This is the worst experience I have ever had. They got me in on same day which I appreciated. I showed them pictures of what I wanted which was a textured bob that is angled towards face. I had long hair and hair is thinning due to medication so I wanted to make it look fuller. My hair looks like a man cut no bob shorter by face.
