Touch of class did an amazing job on my Mercedes. They went far and beyond and we were extremely pleased with how my car repairs turned out!
Terrible customer service. Charges are outrageous. Only accepts cash for payment even when charging 1000 for towing and a week of storage on their empty lot. Do not recommend for even just a tow. Get AAA!
They lied about one part of the damage due to the accident. They said it was "unrelated to the accident". The spot clearly was new because you can see the shine of the material the car was made from. And the paint was ruffled. My car was spun and hit in the front corner bumper and then a small area in the back. I WAS SPUN. They took weeks to get to it. They didn't have the decency to be honest and say that it will take 3 weeks to repair. The repairs were were only roughly $1500. so obviously 3 weeks is just absurd! Don't let... read more
