Touch of Class - Incredible work – I've used Touch of Class for a few years and have taken over 30 items to them for repair or altering. They do have foreign accents and can be a little tough to understand at times but they are all very nice. If you take the time to communicate with them clearly and try the clothes on for them to show what exactly it is you are needing they will come through for you every time. Not that great – i had a few slightly complicated alteration and they really didn't do a good job at all- i wsh she had just told me from the start that she couldn't do what i wanted- the woman was also pretty rude
